Nanny Nearby Team has a complex vetting system in advance. This includes:

​

• One on One interview with the prospect nanny

• At least two references related to child care

• A valid CPR and First Aid Certificate

• A current and clear Criminal Record Check

• A family doctor's Report

• A driving record if they are licensed

​

Our nannies are educated with child development courses, teaching background, they speak additional languages, a passion for becoming part of your family to help out the mom with housekeeping and cooking tasks.

 

Extra qualifications including travel experience and special certifications such as swimming, teaching, creating handcrafts and games are the pieces they can put together in your home.

• ​    Nanny Rates

Rates for Nannies range from $18.00 to $25.00+ per hour, depending on the number of children, skills, experience, and job responsibilities.

​

• NannyNearby Casual Care

This comes in handy if you are looking for a time-to-time care service. The casual care services are between 1 to 24 sessions per year. The regular booking fee for each session is $27 that is more affordable if you purchase plans.

​

• NannyNearby Contractual Care

If you are looking for more than 2 service days in a month, you don't need to buy any plans, we provide you with part-time and full-time nanny placement. 

 

Search Fee

The initial search fee for contractual care is $180.00 plus 5% GST.

​

Placement Fee

The placement fees are 9% of the nanny’s total annual gross income. This is a one-time fee and is paid by the family once a nanny placement is made.  

This fee is meant to support you and your family for up to one year! Ask for more info.

Part-time Nanny Placements (Up to 3 days per week)

Included In the Placement Fee for Part-time Placements ongoing support from our agency for the duration of your nanny’s employment (up to 1 year)

Full-Time Placement Fees (3 to 5 days per week)

Included In the Placement Fee for Full-time Placements ongoing support from our agency for the duration of your nanny’s employment (up to 1 year)
