LONG TERM NANNY (FULL OR PART TIME 25+hrs per week

For families seeking a full or part time long term nanny (typically 1 yr or more commitment)

Families pay $120 initial search fee.
When a candidates referred by us is hired the total placement fee is $800 ($120 initial search fee + $680 at time of placement)
A 180 day guarantee period and one year free membership to our on-call service is included when you hire a long term nanny.
Salaries for nannies usually range from about $16 to $20+ per hour according to their educational background, experience, and job responsibilities. Salaries and benefit packages should be defined in a work agreement prior to employment. Nannynearby Team will help you in this process! Families agree to pay nannies weekly or biweekly, with applicable taxes withheld, as agreed to in long term contract.

ONGOING PART TIME NANNY (under 25 hrs per week) AND TEMPORARY CARE

(more than 2 weeks)

For families that require very part time care (less than 25 hrs/wk) or temporary care needed more than 2 weeks.

Families pay $120 initial search fee.
There is a $10 daily fee each day the nanny provides care (even if it is the same nanny).
Hourly rate ranges between $16-$20/hr dependent on experience and responsibilities. Nannies are paid directly by the family.
One year free membership to our on-call service is included in your $120 search fee.
Should the same family use the same nanny on a consistent basis, there is a buy-out option available once the $800 placement fee is reached. Total typically begins at zero if a replacement is necessary.

OCCASIONAL BABYSITTING, TEMPORARY (2 weeks or less) and BACKUP CARE

For those who need occasional or very temporary services:

For occasional or temporary (2 weeks or less) care, there is a $10 booking fee each day the nanny provides care ($30 for a request with less than 24 hours notice).
Babysitters are paid directly by the family via cash, check or agreed upon electronic means a rate of minimum $16 per hour for up to 2 children, $2/hr more for each additional child (capped at $18/hr). On call shifts are a 4 hour minimum or equivalent pay. Split shifts (portion of shift in the morning, then portion in the afternoon/evening) require an additional hour's pay.
Overnight rates are typically minimum 1/2 the base hourly rate (excluding infant care) for the 8 hrs the children are assumed to be asleep. Overnight infant care rate is minimum $16/hr.

HOTEL/OUT OF TOWN GUEST AND EVENT CARE

No Membership Fee
$25/Day booking fee to Nannynearby
Sitter is paid directly at minimum $16/hr. plus valet (if no safe parking available) or parking reimbursement. If the sitter transports the child(ren) in her own vehicle, mileage reimbursement is in addition to hourly rate.
Event care (i.e. weddings, parties, large events, etc) rates may vary, please contact us for rate information.

SUMMER NANNIES

The search fee for a summer nanny is $120.
When you hire one of the candidates referred by Nannynanny, the placement fee is $220.
One year free membership to our on-call service is included in your $120 search fee.

NANNY SHARE

Each Family will register as a client and pay $120 Search Fee
There is ONE Placement fee, to be split among all families. Placement or Booking Fees will match above rates.
One year free membership to our on-call service is included in the $120 search fee for each family

For when you find a nanny on your own, but still need a background check and/or consulting help to finalize your agreement:
