To confirm and secure your nanny booking, we require a $50 commitment fee. This fee ensures that your spot is reserved and allows us to make the necessary preparations. The remaining amount will be billed at a later date.

We understand that you want peace of mind when booking a nanny. After you book the service, we will connect with you to introduce the selected nanny. You will then have the option to confirm this nanny or request another. However, based on our experience, the first option is typically well-received.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will incur no charge. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fixed fee of $50.
